It's 2p.m.
I have had lunch for over 2 hours.

Jay hasn't.

-"I'm gonna go grab something to eat"

-"it's a bit late"

-"who did you have lunch with"

-"SadGirl" (both Jay and I think she's cute)

-"Oh, did she say anything about me?"

-"yeah"

-"what?"

-"that I'm hotter than you"

the silence that followed told a long and intricate tale of humiliation
